You Are Right Where You Need To Be
I use affirmations every day. I write them in my journal each morning and I regularly look in the mirror and repeat them to myself. The help me to keep calm, positive and focussed. They work as my cheerleader and are always there when I need them.
If I am having a particularly tricky time then I will need to repeat an affirmation to myself several times until I can really feel myself starting to trust and believe it.
I will be sharing one here (and on Instagram) each Monday to inspire the start of your week.
“I am right where I need to be” has appeared in my journal more than any other affirmation over the past year. I find it so grounding. It helps me to live in the present and trust in the future.
Repeat it to yourself, write it down, put it on a post-it on your mirror. Come back to it again whenever you need it.
