Every January I like to give myself a treat to recognise and celebrate the year gone by and to acknowledge that I am going to care for myself in the year ahead. My favourite January treat is to see the Snowdrops at Chelsea Physic Garden in their Heralding Spring celebration. It is beautiful, calming and nourishing. And it fills me with the hope of Spring and all the wonder and joy that is to come.
